At the lower end: HTC One V
- 1 GHz Processor
- 512 MB RAM
- 3.7″ Screen
- 5 Megapixel Camera
- 4 GB Internal Memory
- Micro SD Memory slot.
The HTC One V is the only one with Memory card slot if that is important to you.
