Asus has launched the X101 Netbook. This is low cost, light weight netbook. Good for browsing on the go.
This comes with Meego, however you should be able to install Ubuntu or other Linux. May not be able to run Windows.

Asus netbooks are very cheap yet good in terms of reliability and performance. I am using an HP netbook with Intel Atom processor and I am happy with its features and the performance. Netbooks are becomming very lucrative as many companies are venturing into this market and the netbooks are also becomming cheap and affordable.
