Being a Palm user, the Palm and Handspring merger is interesting. But what is more interesting is how many hands the Palm has changed.
Jeff Hawkins and Donna Dubinsky were the original founders of Palm, Inc.in 1992. Which was acquired by US Robotics, which was acquired by 3Com. The original founders then left the company to form Handspring. 3Com spun off Palm into a separate organisation and now Palm acquired Handspring. Phew!
In spite of all the change of hands, the original founders continue to innovate and provide the best of the Palms.
