Ubuntu 9.10 is finally available for download. It’s faster to install from a USB pendrive then installing from a CD. After downloading the ISO, to create a bootable pendrive in 9.04, go to System-Administration-USB Startup Disk Creater.
As always, the recommended way to download is Torrents, as the download servers would be busy for the next couple of days.
Here are the download links for the torrent.

Observation:
Torrent is good to speed up the download but also not stable / guaranteed. People will also loose your extra bandwidth (Upload is also consider, which is always higher in torrent download). So it’s not advisable for those who has limited bandwidth with higher speed.
With 9.10 release, http://www.ubuntu.com is giving country wise download option with not direct link
. In my random test i found “Japan” is faster then US, UK, AUS, Taiwan, etc…. It only took 2 hours to download ISO with Reliance NetConnect Broadband+.
Can you also share torrent link for UNR?
